A treat for a good week!

Day 23/365

I usually have a treat on Wednesdays after a good weigh-in for the week.  This week I lost 2 lbs so I celebrated!  I realize this doesn't really make sense but for now I still want something yummy as my reward.  One day I will move past wanting food or even thinking I need some sort of reward at all.  But tonight I enjoyed my DQ blizzard.  Tomorrow will be my first run in 5 weeks! It's going to be like starting all over again...but I'm kinda excited to get back to it!
