I saw a really cute Valentine's Day card on a blog today and made an attempt to make them myself.  We will try again tomorrow!  Isn't she the cutest little thang!

Day 34/365

I decided to go grocery shopping during the game, thinking it would be a super slow night at Walmart.  Nope, everyone else had that brilliant idea too.  :(

Preston took the day off which automatically made the day better! Plus we decided to get an iPad...finally! I am going to see if I get better pics with it than my phone. I sure hope so!

Touches of Maddie

Once again I forgot to take some pics throughout our day, so I snuck into Maddie's room for another pic of her sleeping.  Since they were babies I have been taking pics of them sound asleep.  Tonight not only did I find her snuggling with Sniffles, but these two ponies, warm and cozy in one of Brady's old house slippers, caught my eye as well.  She is growing up too fast and I will one day miss finding her sweet little touches throughout the house.  Today she hung a piece of her "artwork" from my bathroom light switch...what touch of Maddie will I find tomorrow?

Guess who smells like she got a little too close to a skunk?  Gag!  She had a bath and smells a tiny bit better but we won't be snuggling anytime soon.  (Not that she sits still long enough to snuggle.)

 

I got a note in Maddie's backpack that said she has finished all the books for their curriculum and she is starting the advanced reading books now!  Whoooohooo!  I am a proud Momma!

 

I gained 2 lbs this week and what did I do, I ate whatever I wanted today.  Not good.  Up down up down up down...I have to move past this and pull myself together.  Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better.

 

Can you believe I have posted a pic (although mostly bad phone pics) everyday for almost a month?  Yaaaaay!
